Who Gives A Crap (WGAC) struggled to produce a consistent pipeline of creatives that converted within their target acquisition costs. They were dealing with inconsistent performance, creator issues, and long timelines (both internally and with other external partners).
With a large multi-channel push looming, they needed to secure a consistent flow of high-performing creative that could be relied upon.
We started with a comparable analysis, studying competing/adjacent brands to understand the fundamentals behind consumer attention within the niche.
While our creative team were performing our creative sprint, our creator team began sourcing creators from our internal network. Crucially, all 222 creators have gone through a training program and been personally vetted by our team to ensure quality execution of creative strategy.
We presented WGAC with 20 creative briefs and 20 creators within 5 days with 100% brand approval. This allowed us to continue to production phase and deliver all assets (including RAWs and all aspect ratios) within 1 month.
The content was not only produced and delivered within a month, but the results outperformed all of WGAC's existing creative averages.
We reduced their blended CPA by 34% across both Meta & TikTok ad accounts.
All hook rates and retention rates were in the top 10% according to Motion data.
We've since worked with WGAC on 6 batches and are renewing for a further set of content.
While working together, WGAC have gone on to scale to 1 million customers, of which we're incredibly proud to have played our part.
